The mission of the President's Council on UVA-Community Partnerships is to make a positive difference in the lives of people in the region by helping the university effectively engage with community partners.

The Council advises President Scott Beardsley and broader University units on key areas of community partnership, in alignment with identified priorities. The group meets quarterly, with work ongoing between meetings to ensure community voices are centered in key decisions, actions, and opportunities.
